STEP 1 - Register your new Entertainment Values™ Card...

 

To begin the activation of your Entertainment Values™ Membership simply enter your Entertainment Values™ Card number as it appears on your Card. Then, tell us which organisation you purchased your Entertainment Values™ Book from.
